MAX OUT MINDSET

Our goal at Max Out Mindset is to provide world-class elite mindset training. We want to give clarity to the process of training mindset in order to help coaches, athletes, leaders, and teams to reach their full potential. When collaborating with teams, we also work relentlessly on culture and chemistry to help get a team to develop Ultimate Trust.

“Given the talent and experience of the athletes and coaches as well as the depth, health, and intangibles, can an individual or team reach the limits of their capabilities? And then, can they do it under pressure when it matters the most?” - Dr. Larry Widman

Learn more about Max Out Mindset and our Team

In this free webinar, The team at Max Out Mindset and Play For Paige 33 aim to remove the shame and stigma of getting help so that a high performer will attack their mental health injury like any physical injury and provide tools to build deeper connections.

It is why, here at Max Out Mindset, we train the 4C’s of an elite mindset-Commitment, Confidence, Concentration, and Composure. We fully believe that one can train their mindset like any physical skill.

A lot has transpired in the world, good and bad, COVID-19 entered our world, political divisiveness became the norm, and societal pressures, especially for 15–22-year-old student-athletes, became heightened and led to the most psychological distress that I have witnessed during my career. This is why we have partnered with the Paige for Paige foundation.

Paige Roessner, was a fierce competitor on the softball field. Off the field, she also battled with formidable opponents: depression and anxiety. Paige ultimately lost her life to suicide on 3/30/22. Since Paige’s passing, the Play for Paige 33 Foundation was established by her parents, Jason and Barb, to help other student-athletes, like Paige, who are affected by mental illness. Their mission is to help spread awareness about mental health among students and student-athletes so that they know they are not alone, and that there are others fighting their same battles. They will also be providing tools for parents and coaches to help them recognize and support athletes who may be struggling with depression or anxiety.
